Welcome to Palacia Beauty Device. My name is Charllene Wang, and I’m the licensed esthetician of Palacia Skin Care. When working with clients, I was often asked to make recommendations of beauty devices people could use in their home. My clients trusted me to give them the straight story on what worked, what didn’t, and what was right for their particular situation.
Rather than addressing one client at a time, I wanted to bring my knowledge to a wider group of people using the Internet. So I teamed up with some designers, hired a customer service representative, and launched Palacia Beauty Device in 2008. Our goal is simple – sell only those products that are good enough for us to use personally.

Our team personally uses our products. We purchase and test samples of everything before offering items for sale on our website. Items must do what the manufacturers promise they will, or we will not list the items on our website. WE ONLY SELL PRODUCTS THAT WORK. In addition, our licensed esthetician and customer service representative undergo constant training from the manufacturers of the brands we carry. This ensures that they fully understand the functionalities of the products, to provide accurate recommendations for our customers.
You Can Trust Our Products:
We save you money by doing away with fancy packaging and marketing materials, but since we use products we sell, we insist that everything comes with clear instructions and delivers the benefits promised. Product warranty details and country of origin are displayed for every product, right under the price and next to the picture. We offer a generous return policy and a manufacturer’s warranty that varies by product, but will be at least 6 months and can be up to 2 years. Additionally, we offer free US shipping on orders of $99 or more.
